We offer refunds only for items that are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you encounter any issues.
To be eligible for a refund, you must report the issue within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in the same condition as when received, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will be required.
To request a refund, contact us at contact@uniqq.art. If your refund request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note that certain gift cards are also non-returnable.
Refund Process:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. However, this is only applicable if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect as described above.
